Your Account

How can I register?
  1. Click on “Login” on the top right corner of the website (on mobile you will find the button in the menu bar).
  2. Click on “Create account”, type in your e-mail address and choose a password
  3. Verify your account by clicking on the verification link we send you via email
  4. Thats it! You can now start customizing your map!
How to log into my account?.

How can I change my password?
  1. After login go to the “My account” page.
  2. Click on “Account details”, here you can change your name, e-mail and password.
How do you handle my data?

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously and treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration. Please have a look on our privacy policy page.

Order & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major debit and credit cards including Visa and MasterCard.
We also accept payment via PayPal and Klarna (through the Paypal Gateway).

Is my payment information secure?

We can assure you that buying on Mapdify is completely safe and secure. When you enter or update your payment information with Mapdify, that data is transmitted securely over SSL. Whether you pay with a credit card or PayPal, your information is secure and encrypted to keep it safe.

What is the maximum number of prints I may order at once?

All of our maps are printed on demand, and each of our customers can personalize them on our website. If you’re interested in purchasing a large number of prints at once, we can provide special discounts. Our discount rate varies depending on the quantity of prints you’d like to order and the shipping destinations.

Is it possible to add a gift note?

Unfortunately, we don’t have that option available right now, but hope to add it in the near future.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

Yes, within 3 hours after you placed your order, you can cancel or change your order. To do so, please get in touch with us via our contact form as soon as possible.
Please keep in mind that after that time your poster will be printed so it is not possible to change or cancel your map.

Do you offer influencer collaborations?

We regularly work together with influencers. If you are interested in a collaboration, please send us a message with your information and a link to your social media profile via the contact form. We will then get in touch with you shortly and discuss the possible options for a cooperation. 

Your Poster

Which cities can be printed?

Every location in the world is possible! You can search for a specific city by using the search
bar or activate the labels to find your neighborhood.

Can I choose a different color than available?

We are always keen to hear about your creative ideas! Let us know what color you would like to have, and we will see what is possible!

Can I write a personal message instead of the city name?

Sure! Just edit the caption in the editor!

Can I add non-Latin characters to my poster?

Yes, that’s possible. Just try it out by adjusting the caption in the editor!

Do you print your Mapdify logo on the posters?

We think that a logo would not look good on such a personalized product like our street map posters. Therefore, we do not print our logo on your map.

Can I order a print in a custom size?

Please get in contact with us and we will try our best to fullfill your request.

Shipping & Returns

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are 4,90€ per order, regardless of how many posters you order.

How long does it take until my order arrives?

Our posters are custom-made for you, so the printing and shipping process takes longer than you may be used to for other products. Your order should arrive in between seven to fourteen days after your purchase.

Where does Mapdify ship to?

Currently we only ship to Germany. Other countries will follow soon!

Can I return a Mapdify poster?

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept refunds or exchanges for your prints owing to the personal customization of our product. If you are unsatisfied with your print for any reason, please get in touch with us via our contact form and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
